SLCC Transcripts

COVID-19 Update

Until further notice, all transcript requests need to be requested online. The preferred method of sending a transcript is electronically. If you choose to request a transcript to be mailed rather than sent electronically (including rush processing) processing could take up to 1-2 weeks.

Your transcript is a copy of your official academic record at SLCC. It shows all credit courses you’ve taken at SLCC and includes your grades and GPA. If you need help understanding your transcript, view the Transcript Key (PDF).

Transcripts can only be issued if all outstanding financial obligations to SLCC have been met.

Online transcript orders are requested through the National Student Clearinghouse, providing convenience and security. All standard transcript orders are $8.50. Rush processing requires an additional fee.

Interstate Passport

SLCC participates in the Interstate Passport Initiative in which a block of lower-division general education classes is accepted between institutions and noted on your transcript for articulation purposes. SLCC issues the Passport upon completion of the General Education Certificate of Completion with a C or better in all courses. SLCC’s General Education requirements are met (except for American Institutions, which is a requirement mandated by the Utah state legislature) for in-coming students who have earned a Passport elsewhere. For more information about the Passport, visit WICHE.
