Fitness Classes

Drop-in Fitness Classes (August 24 - December 9)

Drop-in fitness classes are available for current students, faculty and staff to attend just for fun.

  • Starred classes have limited spots available. Participants who have registered will be given first priority with first come first enter reserved for standbys.
  • Reservations can be made up to 3 days in advance or day of (if availability allows). Please use the button below to make a reservation.
  • On the day of class, check in at the LAC desk. They will confirm your reservation and issue you a class card that will be given to the instructor.

Sports and Fitness Class Reservation

Mondays

  • 6:00 – 6:50am Zumba – LAC 176
    • A fun fusion of Latin and International music that combines Latin/international rhythms with dance and aerobic moves for a fun cardiovascular workout.
  • 7:00 – 7:50am Core Pilates Barre – LAC
    • A mix of Pilates, ballet inspired exercises, yoga, and athletic conditioning with a fun mix of equipment for total body work
  • 10:00 – 10:50am Core Pilates Barre – LAC 124
    • A mix of Pilates, ballet inspired exercises, yoga, and athletic conditioning with a fun mix of equipment for total body work.

Tuesdays

  • 6:00 – 6:50am Fit and Firm Physiques – LAC 176
    • Group weight training that will use barbells, dumbbells and a variety of other fun equipment for the workout
  • 7:00am – 8:20am Pickleball – LAC 190 – Starts September 21
  • 8:30 – 9:20am Zumba – LAC 176
    • A fun fusion of Latin and International music that combines Latin/international rhythms with dance and aerobic moves for a fun cardiovascular workout.
  • 11:30am – 12:20pm Indoor Cycling – LAC 102
    • A great workout that uses specialized stationary bikes. Learn cycling techniques & how to maintain/improve cardiovascular health. You will work through low to vigorous intensities which incorporate the concept of power analysis.
  • 2:30 – 3:20pm HIIT Training – LAC 176
    • A great way to get your heart pumping and metabolism revved in a dynamic, exciting workout that uses a wide variety of formats and equipment.

Wednesday
