About Ana Brown

Ana Brown is a Tongan American with family roots from the Pacific Islands. Born and raised in the United States Ana has a passion for serving others especially marginalized communities. Ana applied to Salt Lake Community College and graduated as a non-traditional student who served a 2-year term as President to Inter-Club Council and Executive Council member to Club’s and Organizations. Ana graduated from the University of Utah in PRT Events Management and has planned and executed over 60+ College events. Ana and her husband Logan have started their own company serving communities in the Real-Estate Appraisal world. They are also proud parents to their daughter Lewa.

Ana currently is the Assistant to the Chief Diversity Officer and provides support for the Equity, Diversity Inclusion Council for Transformation (EDICT) and the Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion for Social Transformation (JEDI4ST). She also manages the Transformative Justice Internship at South City Campus which is catered to student success for formerly incarcerated students.
