Advising appointments can be scheduled through your MySLCC account. 

Steps for scheduling through MySLCC:

Step 1: Login into your MySLCC page
Step 2: Select the “ADVISING” tab
Step 3: Select “Login to MySuccess” option
Step 4: Enter Angela Harvey in the search bar
Step 5: Select your date and time

Prepare for Your Advising Session

  1. Apply to SLCC.

  2. Bring current English and Math SLCC Placement scores or current ACT/SAT test scores (if ENGL & MATH course credits have not been transferred to SLCC).

  3. Bring a government-issued photo ID.
  4. Prepare a list of questions for us.
  5. Please review the Admissions Criteria PDF.
  6. All prospective Dental Hygiene students are required to observe a dental hygienist in practice for 25 hours for applying for admission to the program. Use this PDF form to document your observation hours. 

     

Note

  • Please be on time to your appointment. If you will be more than 10 minutes late, please call (801) 957-6215 to reschedule your appointment.
  • There is no free parking at the Jordan Campus. A day parking pass can be purchased at the courtesy desk.
  • Our appointments fill up quickly, so please plan ahead.
