The below plan is for students with an AA/AS in Communication from Salt Lake Community College (61 credits completed). Also completed the 4 recommended Communication courses for the Communication Studies emphasis (COMM 1020, COMM 1270, COMM 2050, and COMM 2110). DV cleared with AA/AS. Once at the University of Utah, students can officially declare after their first semester – 2.75 U of U GPA and pass a COMM course at the U with a ‘C’ or better.
